Beans & Avocado on Toast
In a small bowl, I combined 1tsp; ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, ground black pepper and 1/2 tsp; ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt for added flavour. I mixed the spices thoroughly with a fork until the colours were evenly distributed. Once happy with the blend, I heated a drizzle of olive oil in a pan, then stirred in the spice mix before adding the beans. Separately I made the smashed avocado and toasted the sourdough bread.
